How much will the fit out cost?
Our prices are calculated based on high-standard fit out works, relying on the uniqueness of each project. All of our prices are built on the specific requirement of each projects and client, including the services and materials used.
Depending on the project type, on average our prices will be between:
• F&B outlets - 7500 - 11000 AED/ sqm
• Retail - 4500 - 7500 AED/ sqm
• Commercial - 1500 - 3500 AED/ sqm
• Hospitality - 6000 - 8500 AED/ sqm

How long will it take?
Estimating the timeline of each project, will be part of the project planning process, it will depend on the type and size of each project.
In average the planning will take approx 10-14 days, Procurement timing approx 10-20 days.
Time on site will vary hugely by the type and the size of the project, but could be between approx. 60-120 days (not including authority approvals).
Food & Beverage and Hospitality projects may have more complex fit out requirements, Commercial and Retail projects will focus on different type of works. Due to these complexities and requirements, the timeline and delivery dates may be different.
The size of the project will also have an effect on the project delivery timeline.

What are the normal payment terms?
A&T Group Interiors normally ask for 30% deposit on signing the agreement, then 30% progress payment once the project works have been started. The remaining 10% payment will be done on the handover of the project to the client. The timeline of the actual payments will also depend on the length of the project and the method agreed with our clients.
What is your quality like? How do you guarantee the quality of your work?
The fact that approx 80% of our works are for existing clients or are from recommendations are testament to the fact that our quality is first class.
We are proud of our completed projects. Our team will be happy to walk You through to completed projects, to feel the quality and professional workmanship.
To make sure that we provide the same high quality work for each of our projects, we installed and implemented a Quality Insurance Policy, which is internally delivered to our employee.
This Quality Insurance Manual gives guidelines for quality insurance, training, management and periodical inspections.
What are the costs of the MEP services?
On average the MEP services may be between 25 – 40% of the overall costs, but actual costs will vary by industry and project type:
• F&B outlets - 30 - 40% of the total works
• Retail - 20 - 25% of the total works
• Commercial - 30 - 40% of the total works
• Hospitality - 25 - 35% of the total works
What insurances do you hold?
A&T Group Interiors will make sure that all of its projects and resources are covered by an insurance. The following insurances can be provided (upon request):
• Workers Compensation and Employer's Liability
• Public Liability Insurance
• Professional Indemnity Certificate
• Contractor's All Risk Policy
• Transport Insurance

What is your minimum and maximum project values?
We have a minimum of AED 1M contract value and no maximum contract value
