We are back with our behind-the-scenes episode which takes a look at our entire interior fit-out delivery for Talabat UAE Regional Headquarters, right from kick-off, to completion.

Question: How long does it take to build one of the Middle East's largest tech hubs, housing almost 2,000 employees?

Answer: Just over 4 months according to our critical project milestones below:

• 09th Aug 22 - Tender award to A&T Group Interiors‍
• 10th Aug 22 - Landlord & client kick-off meetings
• 12th Aug 22 - Permit to work received [Mobilization day]
• 29th Dec 22 - Dubai Civil Defense [DCD] completion certificate received
• 30th Dec 22 - Final handover to the client

This giant of a commercial office space is home to 49 think tanks, 45 meeting rooms, 650+ workstations, and 15 collab areas.
