A&T Group Interiors has recently fitted out MEI, a 5,000-square-foot pan-Asian restaurant located
at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, with an interior fit-out that draws inspiration from the crane, a symbol of longevity,
wisdom, and elegance across Asian cultures.

A&T delivered a concept that merges Chinese and Japanese design elements throughout the space. The
fit-out incorporates onyx black-and-white flooring paired with marble ceiling installations that include
integrated lighting. Burl wood cladding adds warmth to walls and surfaces, while textured upholstery in
prosperity red and complementary warm tones appear throughout the seating areas.

Key design elements include abstract murals with crane motifs, custom woodwork details, a suspended
origami-style chandelier, and a traditional house-inspired structure positioned at the restaurant's center.
Grand pivot doors mark the entrance, with golden lighting creating ambiance across the interior.

MEI accommodates 137 guests indoors, features a 14-seat bar, and offers an outdoor terrace with seating
for 120 additional diners. The terrace provides direct sightlines to the Burj Al Arab.
A&T Group Interiors managed all aspects of the interior construction, coordinating custom millwork,
marble work, lighting integration, and finish installations.

A&T Group Interiors managed the entire fit-out process with precision and attention to detail, delivering
a project that exemplifies craftsmanship, cultural reverence, and immersive design execution from
concept through completion.
