A&T Group Interiors Appointed to Build Two of the Nine New Beach Clubs opening at The Club, Palm Jumeirah

April 27, 2022

Palm Jumeirah developer Nakheel, is gearing up to welcome nine new beach clubs on the already popular Palm West Beach, and we are proud to reveal that we are the fit-out contractor appointed to build two of the nine concepts, including Eva Beach House, and Gallery – 740.

Clustered at the end of Palm West Beach in front of Fairmont The Palm and next to Dukes The Palm, these nine new concepts are clubbed together as part of the aptly named 'The Club' and will share seven connected pools and access to a private beach. The Club vows to transport its guests to different parts of the world, by ensuring that each venue is designed with a different destination in mind in order to create a distinct experience.

Chief assets officer at Nakheel, Omar Khoory, told The National recently: “Since its inception, Palm West Beach has become one of the trendiest beach locations in Dubai. In line with our commitment to enriching our attractions, we are proud to introduce ‘The Club’, an unrivaled beach venue that will deliver an exclusive and elevated experience. At Nakheel, we continuously strive to find new ways to upscale our destinations as well as cultivate distinguished lifestyle experiences for our visitors.”

First to launch at The Club in April 2022 was San Beach, with the A&T Group Interiors build of Eva Beach House following shortly after. Playa, Ayla, Loren, and Gallery – 740, are launching soon, and three more venues are yet to be announced.

EVA BEACH HOUSE

Eva– which stands for ‘Life’, was the second luxury beachfront destination to open its doors at The Club, and the first of the two concepts delivered by our team. The 9,200 sq-ft interiors were handed over in early April to our repeat client, AIZA Hospitality Group, a leading hospitality group in the UAE specializing in developing and designing acclaimed homegrown concepts. The group boasts a unique portfolio of fine dining, casual dining, and lifestyle concepts, and believes in creating dreamlike spaces with the ever arching goal to present people with places to create memories for life. AIZA Hospitality encompasses various brands across the UAE including Saya, AIZA, Mura, Milky Jar, and the latest, Eva.

This eye-catching beachside destination opened its doors on Saturday, April 23, and blends Tulum-style seaside dining with an artisanal culinary experience. The venue offers a super-stylish sanctuary of whimsical interiors that include a boho-chic restaurant complete with FF&E in creams and neutrals, an impressive bar covered with native-style wooden accents and bespoke decorative lighting, wild cacti climbing the walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural lighting to flood in, and skyline views to steal the show as the perfect backdrop to the restaurant. Outdoors guests will find a sprawling terrace with a bright white macramé canopy that presents the perfect spot for alfresco dining, while plush sun loungers and luxe VIP cabanas line the pristine pool and beach.

Eva Beach House stands as one of our most beautiful builds to date, and is guaranteed to provide a spot of escape from the city’s usual hustle & bustle.
