On the 3rd of May 2019, the Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) signed an agreement to construct the first ECOS’s brand hotel in residential development Al Furjan, Dubai South, which will be the UAE’s first high-quality sustainable hotel with 320 keys to offer. The location of the hotel is close to the new Expo site as well as Dubai World Central, Logistics City and other populated places.

A&T Group Interiors were appointed by main contractor Frayland Construction & Interiors, to complete the interior fit out and FF&E procurement services for all public areas, including the lobby, F&B outlets, meeting rooms, gym, laundry, infinity pool and courtyard.

With architecture by Naga Architects, and interior design by Bishop Design by Paul Bishop, this new lifestyle hotel is set to offer customers a one of a kind hospitality and lifestyle experience.

Brett Schafer, the CEO of Faisal Holding, which owns the HMH, says “Ecos Hotel is very much along the lines of the future, where we [HMH] believe the hospitality industry is going”. He also said “it’s sustainable and eco-friendly, as well as experiential for a guest” and “it will incorporate all the latest in digital technology and of course sustainability as far as energy is concerned”.

The hotel, which is set to open soon, will accommodate both the leisure, family, and business traveler. Guests can expect smart, innovative design, coupled with state-of-the art infrastructure.

With 304 rooms, two F&B outlets, smart guest facilities, a gaming room, meeting rooms, gym and rooftop infinity swimming pool, the facility promises a unique and memorable experience, enriched with an element of surprise for all its guests.
