Our decision to open a permanent office and establish as an Interior Fit Out Company in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia came in late 2018 and represented a major step forward for A&T Group Interiors interior fit out services by providing a solid base for the establishment of our KSA business and team.

Following the successful development of operations in the UAE, this strategic step allowed us to further expand our offerings in Middle East to support existing, and new clients across the Saudi market. The Saudi market has a dynamic, rapidly changing landscape across F&B, Retail, Hospitality, and Entertainment. With the rise of construction projects across the nation, there is no surprise that the demand for high quality interior fit out companies in KSA has increased over the years. Our decision to establish operations in KSA was key to our regional development strategy towards becoming leaders in the fit out industry across the Middle East and will continue to enhance our offering to clients who operate in the KSA at such a dynamic time for the country.

This year we are proud to be heading into our third year of providing interior fit out solutions in KSA and are currently on site for exciting new projects in Al Bujairi, Riyadh and Al Khobar. Over the past 3 years we have completed a number of interior fit out works in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar for clients such as AWJ Investments LLC, L'ETO Caffe and Restaurants LLC, and Independent Restaurants Management LLC. The largest of which was in 2019 when we successfully delivered full restaurant fit out services for Catch 22 at The Zone, Riyadh. Catch 22 is a social contemporary eatery that serves an array of Western-inspired dishes. The scope of A&T Group Interiors’ contract for Catch 22 included the full turnkey interior fit out works for the 9,400 sqft restaurant designed by Bishop Design by Paul Bishop.

To celebrate our third year of operations as an interior fit out contractor in KSA, we are excited to announce that we are relocating our office from Jeddah to Riyadh and opening a brand new office in Saudi Arabia’s capital. Standing as the countries main financial hub, we believe that this will strongly support our expansion plans in the region. In addition, we are also making key new hires to support our growing interior fit out company in Saudi Arabia. Wasim Al Nabulsi joins A&T Group Interiors KSA as the firms new General Manager. Wasim boasts over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in the KSA. Over the course of his career, Wasim has worked on several prestigious projects with high challenging details and for many reputable brands. Wasim's deep knowledge about the local market and strong relationships within the region enable dynamic leadership, efficient project management and strong opportunities for expansion.
