99 Sushi Bar

On the 27th of August 2020, A&T proudly handed over the completed interior fit-out of the multiple award-winning restaurant and bar - 99 Sushi Bar UAE. This Japanese fine-dining eatery located at the prestigious Address Downtown seat's up to 99 guests both indoors and outdoors on its terrace.

A&T's interior contracting services covered fit-out, plus adjustments to the existing MEP, and back-of-house (BOH). Materials include plush velvets, mirrors, and striking ornate fixtures and create a chic dining experience.

Guests have the option of banquet seating in the restaurant, intimate seating in the private dining room, or the choice to watch the award-winning chefs at work while dining robata-style at the Sushi bar. A key element of our scope was the large outdoor terrace equipped with a pergola and sail works, plus a remote-controlled, retractable roof enabling year-round use. Beautiful views of the world-famous Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains are available to guests dining on the terrace. The delivery of the 6,300 sq-ft restaurant was affected due to the on-set of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic during the construction phase but works still only took a total of 110 days to complete.
