DUO Gastrobar Dubai Hills

Gracing the Dubai Hills Business Park with modern European cuisine, Duo Gastrobar is Russian chef Dimitry Blinov’s first Dubai eatery. Benefitting from a carefully considered full interior fit-out from A&T Group Interiors, the restaurant is an Instagrammable haven ripe for the city’s foodies.

Covering 3,300 sq ft, the aim was to create a cosy, intimate space reflecting the infectious warmth and approachability of the Duo Gastrobar staff. Though it was also important to bring the same authenticity delivered so effortlessly in their delightful dishes.

Soft, natural textures, splashes of greenery, and curvy elements bring a relaxed vibe without the stiffness of typical upscale eateries. Rich patterns and carefully selected materials also mirror the casual comfort of the venue. But it’s the open kitchen that really displays Duo Gastrobar’s determination to create a welcoming dining experience for all.
