Located in Mirdif Avenue Mall, Nama Yoso combines the artistry of traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary design. The 3,200 sq ft space, designed by Twenty One 06 and fitted by A&T, seamlessly blends raw materials and refined aesthetics to create a dining environment that’s both warm and sophisticated.

The interior design focuses on natural elements, with textured stone, warm wood accents, and rich terrazzo flooring setting the tone for a cozy yet elevated atmosphere. These materials not only echo the restaurant’s name but also enhance the authentic Japanese experience. A signature damascus steel-inspired pattern runs throughout the space, subtly referencing the intricate craftsmanship of Japanese knife making.

Other oriental features, such as bamboo lanterns, scrolls, and a serene zen garden, enrich the space with cultural depth and refinement. Despite the fusion of modern and traditional styles, the venue’s design achieves a perfect harmony, making it an ideal backdrop for a premium dining experience that complements the innovative menu crafted by chef Reif Othman.
