The Red Sea Global Residences Experience Center located in KAFD in Riyadh, KSA was delivered by A&T Group Interiors as a 6,000 sq. ft. immersive sales and lifestyle destination inspired by the concept of barefoot luxury.

Designed to offer prospective buyers a preview of life at Red Sea Global Residences, the experience center combines architecture, natural materials, and interactive technology to create an engaging and authentic visitor journey.

Drawing inspiration from the natural landscapes of The Red Sea, the interiors feature a warm palette of sandstone, cobbled stone, timber, terrazzo, terracotta, clay plaster, leather, rope, and layered textiles. Organic forms, earthy tones, and native planting further reinforce the connection to nature.

The guest journey begins with a desert-inspired arrival before transitioning into lounge environments influenced by the sea, coral reefs, and mangroves. Each space is carefully designed to evoke the distinctive landscapes and lifestyle associated with the Red Sea destination.

Technology is integrated throughout the experience, with interactive features including a 3-metre circular digital table, immersive presentation rooms equipped with 180-degree screens and spatial audio, and cinematic environments showcasing the Red Sea Global Residences portfolio and amenities.
