A&T Group Interiors delivered the interior fit-out works for Pastamamma’s first Saudi Arabia outlet at Riyadh Park Mall. This dining space combines casual comfort with a refined modern dining space.

Inspired by industrial aesthetic, this 5,500 sq. ft. dining space features grey-toned tables, clean lines, and minimal wall finish to establish a sleek, modern base. It was thoughtfully balanced with warmer elements, including walnut wood accents, abundant greenery throughout the dining area, and pendant lighting that softens the atmosphere and creates a welcoming ambiance.

A key highlight of the project is the open kitchen concept, centered around a traditional wood-fired oven. Positioned as a center within space, it brings the culinary process into full view, enhancing guest engagement for the overall dining experience. The layout was developed to align with local dining preferences, supporting group seating and all-day dining functionality.

The Front of House kitchen was strategically designed to maximize visibility, allowing guests to observe live pasta preparation and pizza making in real time. This interactive setup highlights the brand’s authenticity, freshness, and transparency while elevating customer engagement.

The project showcases a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, materiality, and finishing detail. Key finishes, including micro-cement textures, concrete-effect surfaces, wood veneers, grey tonal paints, black metal accents, and ceramic detailing

The signature pizza oven serves as both a functional culinary feature and a visual centerpiece. Its design and execution included precise positioning for maximum guest visibility, coordinated exhaust and ventilation systems for effective heat and smoke management, heat-resistant surrounding finishes, and seamless integration into the overall interior concept. The result is a high-performance installation that ensures long-term reliability while enhancing the authenticity of the dining experience.

A mix of sofa seating and standard dining arrangements provides flexibility for various guest experiences, while expansive outdoor terraces extend the space, fostering a relaxed and social atmosphere.
