Engel & Völkers Dubai

A&T Group Interiors were recently appointed to provide full interior fit-out services to complete the new Dubai office extension of international real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers. The brokerage's new 4,400 sq.ft currently shell & core unit is located next to their existing office located in Golden Mile Galleria and will provide additional space for the continued expansion of the firms' team and services across the UAE.

A&T's aim is to deliver the interior fit-out according to the interior design finalized by the agency's in-house design team - a space that reflects the brand and the way the agents work. The focuses are on the retention of large open spaces, accompanied by isolated sections separated only by high-acoustic rated glass, the use of clean lines, modern finishes, and quality furnishings.

In keeping with the Engel & Völkers' bold palette of black, white, and red, the fit-out will feature exposed ceilings in black for the open working areas, dropped ceilings in white for all closed soundproofed rooms, and touches of red as focal points.
