A&T's services covered Fit Out, FF&E, MEP, and Lighting, and the beautiful project features a number of bespoke joinery and metal works, and demonstrates superior craftsmanship throughout. Areas of note include the striking spiral staircase cladded with veneered MDF panels and supported with metal handrails, bespoke tables built with a combination of stone, timber & metal, a beautiful lava stone bar counter top, decorative ceiling works that include powder coated metal frames and fishnet infills, and decorative flooring featuring a combination of intricate parquet & stone tile elements, expertly cut to unique sizes throughout.

Many of the materials used for special finishes, such as marble, fabric and timber, were procured directly from Peru as per the strict brand guidelines.
