Introducing Moli by SHI, the impressive restaurant delivering a unique culinary experience to Dubai’s dining scene. Complemented by a luxurious fit-out from A&T Group Interiors, the Chinese eatery offers a unique blend of signature teas, mythology-inspired drinks and of course, an upscale menu like no other.


Located in Building 4 in Dubai Hills Business Park, the project's focus was to create an authentic, contemporary and Instagram-worthy interior – one to rival the exquisite dining experiences on offer. 


The interior features a plethora of distinctive design elements, including a crescent-shaped bar adorned by oriental vase display, space-enhancing pillars and an unmissable tiled ceiling. Dazzling in lucky red and gold, the restaurant’s décor is a sensory experience in itself – shimmering chandeliers and dragon-embellished curtains taking centre stage.
